Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, and install HVAC/R systems and perform preventive maintenance, with on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC/R field technician experience.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Journeyman’s license may be required in some states; state licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Accurately document service details using company-provided iPads.

Skills

Strong diagnostic troubleshooting

Reading schematics

Mobile app literacy

Willingness to work overtime

Education
