7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC Technician I to join our team and help keep our stores running smoothly. Whether it's ensuring our famous Slurpee machines are always at the perfect chill or tackling in-store maintenance challenges, your expertise will shine in this dynamic role!

As an HVAC/R Technician I, you will respond to service requests, perform repairs and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot systems, manage parts inventory, and mentor junior technicians within a collaborative team

Qualifications

• 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 certification (Type I and II or Universal) required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
