Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an HVAC/R Technician I to join our store services team. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs and preventive maintenance on in-store equipment, and help keep our Slurpee machines and climate control running smoothly.

The role requires 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration, a High School diploma or GED, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a competitive hourly wage, sign-on and comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
Certifications: EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification.
Valid Driver’s License.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
