Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is hiring an HVAC/R Technician I to join our team and help keep our stores running smoothly. You will respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot systems with the latest tools and technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
