7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC Technician I to join our team and help keep our stores running smoothly. You will respond to service requests, perform minor repairs, and maintain in-store HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
