Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an HVAC Technician I to join our team and help keep our stores running smoothly. You will respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and related in-store equipment, perform repairs, and troubleshoot to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership potential, ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems with current tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports for efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
