Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC Technician I to join our team and help keep our stores running smoothly. You will respond to HVAC and refrigeration service requests, perform repairs and preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot systems with up-to-date tools.

You’ll also manage parts inventory and complete daily reports, mentoring junior technicians as part of a supportive team. The role requires 1+ year HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R repair or maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems with current tools and tech.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with the team.
