7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring an HVAC Technician I to join our Maryland stores. You’ll respond to service requests, perform repairs, and help keep equipment and Slurpee machines running smoothly.

The role includes on-site maintenance, a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for growth. A valid driver’s license and EPA 608 certification are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HVAC, refrigeration, and in-store equipment service requests.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems with current tools.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with team.
