7-Eleven is hiring an HVAC/R Technician I to keep our stores’ equipment running smoothly, from refrigeration to climate controls. You’ll respond to service requests, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior technicians as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401k, and tuition assistance.

Responsabilités

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using current tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports; mentor junior technicians.
