Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair and maintain HVAC/R systems across campus.
• Monitor and service energy management and 4,000-ton chiller plant.
• Inspect, test, calibrate and replace parts as needed.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints and logs.
• Drive college vehicles and perform maintenance logging.
