Qualifications

• EPA CFC universal certification and valid MA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate central chilled water plant under varying load conditions and monitor related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on chillers, pumps, and water treatment systems.
• Maintain logs, readings and reports; ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Communicate clearly with team and management; uphold university guidelines.
