Job summary

Carel USA is seeking a self-starting Sales Engineer to join our team in Wisconsin, at the forefront of HVAC/R control technology. You will communicate CAREL's technology to end users, contractors, and OEMs, and support a highly technical customer base.

You will operate with direction from the sales team and MD, deliver demonstrations, review specifications for proposals, provide on-site trainings, and contribute to market intelligence and sales strategy across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Clear communication of HVAC/R technology to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ability to develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Ability to review customer specifications and prepare proposals and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Operate based on direction and priorities from sales team and MD.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations on CAREL solutions.
• Review customer specifications and prepare proposals/quotations.
• Provide technical support as needed.
• Conduct on-site customer trainings.
• Participate in HVAC/R system start-ups.
• Promote CAREL technology to contractors, OEMs, and end users.
• Share market intelligence and competitor activity for assigned markets.
• Coordinate with R&D, hardware & software, operations, sales, field services, training, and support teams.
