Job summary

Carel USA is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our HVAC/R technology team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on communicating CAREL’s technology benefits to end users, contractors, and OEMs while supporting a highly technical customer base.

You will develop product demonstrations, review specifications, prepare quotations, and provide on-site trainings. Travel up to 50% is required, with collaboration across R&D, hardware & software, operations, and sales to optimize performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college, university, or technical school, or 5+ years HVAC/R experience.
• Strong ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and participate in on-site trainings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations on CAREL solutions.
• Review customer specifications and prepare proposals/quotations.
• Provide technical support as needed.
• Conduct on-site customer trainings.
• Travel up to 50% to support customers and projects.
• Collaborate with R&D, hardware & software, operations, and sales teams to relay feedback.
