Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver demonstrations and presentations on CAREL solutions
• Review customer specifications to prepare proposals and quotations
• Provide technical support as needed and conduct on-site trainings
• Promote CAREL technology to contractors, OEMs, and end users
• Collaborate with R&D, hardware & software, operations, and sales teams
• Relay customer feedback to product management, technical services and marketing
• Support regional sales managers with data analytics and market insights
• Maintain CRM records and meeting reports
