Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking an HVAC/R Manager to lead and manage the HVAC/R service operation across our network, ensuring heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related equipment are maintained, repaired, and installed safely and cost‑effectively.

You will provide leadership to technicians and supervisors, oversee preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, manage budgeting and labor resources, and drive continuous improvement to boost reliability and operational

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of HVAC/R experience; supervisory/management preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification; additional HVAC/R certs are a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead HVAC/R service operations in a 24x7 environment.
• Provide technical direction to HVAC/R technicians and supervisors.
• Schedule work based on skills, geography, and priorities.
• Monitor performance, response times, downtime, and KPIs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance to reduce failures and calls.
• Diagnose complex failures and guide cost-effective repairs.
• Evaluate replacements to maximize value and reliability.
• Support installations, replacements, renovations, and capital projects.
• Develop training programs to improve technician capabilities.
• Review work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Approve payroll and timekeeping as assigned.
• Conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
