Nouria Energy Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking an HVAC / Refrigeration Lead who can work autonomously to maintain systems across our Northeast network. This role combines field service with office planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

You will supervise local technicians, manage parts inventory, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance while supporting the car wash and retail environments.

Qualifications

• Licensed in HVAC / Refrigeration.
• 5+ years field experience in HVAC / Refrigeration.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC / Refrigeration for the company in the Northeast.
• Order parts / equipment and manage inventory; refurbish units taken out of service.
• Supervise technicians and manage the field operations; coordinate service vendors.
