Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems.
• HVAC Contractor License and EPA Certification required.
• HVAC controls experience with Lennox/Core Controllers or Carrier SystemVu is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Lowell, MA and surrounding areas.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and be on-call.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair Budderfly HVAC/R units to keep peak performance.
• Identify maintenance risks and diagnose faults in HVAC/R equipment.
• Perform commissioning checks and verify controller configurations.
• Provide routine maintenance like filters, coils, belts, and repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls and on-call duties as needed.
• Keep logs in the company work order system and ensure safety compliance.
