Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a motivated HVAC / Refrigeration Lead to maintain and optimize HVAC systems across our Northeast operations. You will work autonomously, supervise technicians, and manage parts inventories while ensuring high system reliability.

The role requires licensing, 5+ years of field experience, and the ability to travel; half the time in Hopkinton corporate office and half in the field with in-house technicians. A strong on-call routine is expected.

Competenze

• Licensed HVAC/Refrigeration professional with field experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee HVAC/Refrigeration across the Northeast region.
• Order parts, manage inventory and refurbish units.
• Supervise in-house technicians and manage vendor relations.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support field operations and respond to emergencies on-call.
