Qualifications

• State Journeyman HVAC license is required.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants is required.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC refrigeration systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Strong critical thinking skills are required.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor others.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including a valid drivers license.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime.
• 8 years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience OR 6 years plus 2 years related experience OR 6 years with a Master HVAC License.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, including advanced air conditioning units and heating systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate HVAC and refrigeration issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform comprehensive maintenance and inspections to prevent failures and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for installation requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
