This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC/R systems, including chillers and cooling towers. Ideal candidates will have a journeyman's license and over 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial facilities.

Your responsibilities will include direct communication with management and customers, executing maintenance tasks, and ensuring record documentation. We value safety and a strong understanding of the codes and standards in HVAC/R.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial or industrial facilities.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration theory.
• Solid fundamental understanding of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair principles.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment.
• Directly communicate with management and customers.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Execute project take-offs and solicit quotations.

Skills

Commercial or industrial HVAC/R experience

Understanding of refrigeration theory

Education
