Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks an experienced HVAC Mechanic to join our Maryland team, handling skilled mechanical and electrical work for walk-in refrigeration, chillers, and related HVAC systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience, be able to read blueprints, and hold a CFC certification with journeyman HVAC credentials preferred.

You will operate and repair boilers, pumps, VAVs, and more, while ensuring safety and accurate

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in maintenance and repairs on commercial-industrial building equipment.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and specifications.
Knowledge of Building HVAC systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance and service repairs on building mechanical and HVAC systems.
Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and safety guidelines.
Operates, maintains, and adjusts all building equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, HVAC units, walk-in refrigeration and freezer equipment, lighting, and power equipment.
Performs Preventative Maintenance.
Maintains accurate and timely paperwork.
Responds to emergency calls.
