Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an HVAC Journeyman responsible for the maintenance, installation, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC and related building systems across commercial and industrial facilities. The role includes ensuring safe operation and minimizing downtime during shifts, with direct reporting to the Chief Engineer and Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will hold a CFC certification and jurisdictional journeyman's license, have experience with walk-in refrigeration and freezer

Qualifications

• Requires CFC certification and jurisdictional journeyman license.
• Experience maintaining walk-in refrigeration and freezer equipment is required.
• Familiarity with boilers, chillers, and building HVAC systems expected.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and service repairs on building mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Installs new units or replacement parts per specifications and safety guidelines.
• Operates, maintains, and adjusts all building equipment including walk-in refrigeration and freezer equipment, boilers, and HVAC units.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance and maintains paperwork.
