Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform startup, diagnostic, repair and preventive maintenance on HVAC&R equipment across customer sites in the U.S. This site-based role includes travel and nonstandard hours, with a 40-hour guarantee and overtime opportunities.

You will receive direct product training and be equipped with company tools and devices. You should have 3–5 years of HVAC&R service experience, EPA certification preferred, and strong English

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC&R service experience servicing complex equipment.
• Thorough understanding of HVAC&R service in relation to electrical work.
• English proficiency to communicate with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance and field modification of equipment.
• Complete field service reports and expense reports for assigned jobs.
• Collaborate with managers, technicians and customers to resolve escalated issues.
• Travel locally or nationwide for support and project start-ups.
