Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience with system installation and maintenance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances or badges, as needed.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and safety awareness.
• Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain customer systems per procedures and safety standards.
• Onsite troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to maximize performance.
• Create accurate technical documentation and service reports.
