Job summary

The Arcticom Group (TAG) is seeking a results-oriented Sales Account Manager to grow our HVAC/R service and retrofit business in the Benicia, CA area. This is a high-impact, individual contributor outside sales role focused on new business development, prospecting, and closing deals.

You will travel within the territory, manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, and build lasting relationships with commercial and industrial owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in outside B2B sales in HVAC/R or related services.
• Hunter mindset, self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with small business owners.
• Closing and negotiation skills with minimal support.
• Highly organized with multi-opportunity management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and network within territory.
• Sell HVAC/R service solutions to commercial/industrial owners.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Prepare and present service proposals with business acumen.
• Partner with regional operations to ensure service delivery and customer experience.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Travel within territory for client visits and events.
