Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification required before first delivery.
• NFPA 70E electrical safety awareness required before first delivery.
• Ability to teach HVAC/R and electrical concepts to adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC/R and electrical curriculum in synchronous virtual sessions and in-person labs.
• Follow curriculum as designed; do not modify content without approval.
• Prepare for each session; ensure equipment readiness for labs.
• Engage adult learners and connect theory to real-world applications.
• Maintain attendance, participation, and progress records.
• Complete required documentation on time.
