Deliver HVAC/R and electrical curriculum in synchronous virtual sessions and in‑person lab environments.
Follow the assigned curriculum as designed and prepare ahead of every session.
Adapt delivery to adult learners with field experience, maintaining higher standards.
Maintain attendance, participation, and progress records in the LMS and complete documentation on time.
Represent StrataTech professionally to the Fortune 500 client environment.
