StrataTech Education Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for HVAC/R and Electrical Applications to deliver employer-sponsored workforce training to working adults in virtual and hands‑on lab environments.

Instructors will teach using synchronous virtual sessions and scheduled labs, maintain records in Canvas, and ensure safety compliance, accuracy, and professional representation in a Fortune 500 client environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands‑on field experience in HVAC/R systems or electrical systems.
• EPA 608 Universal certification. Current and active at time of hire.
• NFPA 70E electrical safety awareness or equivalent.
• Ability to teach adults and deliver instruction in synchronous virtual environments.
• Comfort with Teams or similar video platforms and remote learner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC/R and electrical curriculum in synchronous virtual sessions and in‑person labs.
• Follow the designed curriculum; no substitutions without approval.
• Prepare sessions in advance; ensure equipment readiness for labs.
• Adapt delivery to adult learners with field experience; maintain standard.
• Maintain attendance and progress records in Canvas; complete documentation on time.
