The Refrigeration School, Inc. seeks an Adjunct Instructor for HVAC/R and Electrical Applications to deliver employer-sponsored workforce training to working adults in virtual and hands-on labs in Phoenix, AZ.

Instructors teach synchronous online sessions and scheduled labs, upholding instructional quality in a Fortune 500 client environment. The role requires delivering curriculum per the program calendar, ensuring safety and proficiency, and representing StrataTech in client settings.

Qualifications

Five+ years hands-on field experience in HVAC/R or electrical systems.
EPA 608 Universal certification required.
NFPA 70E electrical safety awareness required.
Ability to teach adults in a synchronous virtual environment.
Willingness to travel to lab sites as assigned.

Responsabilités

Deliver HVAC/R and electrical curriculum in synchronous virtual sessions and in-person labs with technical accuracy.
Follow curriculum as designed; no substitutions without approval.
Prepare for each session; ensure equipment is ready for labs.
Adapt delivery to adult learners with field experience; maintain program standards.
Maintain attendance, participation and progress records in LMS.
Complete all required documentation and administrative tasks on time.
