Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Spring, TX seeks a Developmental Technician for Facility Services HVAC/R to support preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy management across facilities.

Under supervision, you will review forms, coordinate with managers, and execute HVAC/R work per policy, safety guidelines, and cost controls while meeting deadlines. The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and prior experience in plumbing, electrical, or related areas; use of tools and collaboration

Qualifications

EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass MVR.
1 year of experience in plumbing/electrical or related area, or 2 years Walmart store experience.
EPA 608 certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Performs HVAC/R work under supervision following policies and resources.
Assists with preventive maintenance, repairs, and wiring diagrams.
Collaborates with management and coworkers to address priorities and deadlines.
Ensures safety compliance per OSHA/EPA regulations and Walmart policy.
Schedules major repairs and coordinates with vendors and teams.
