Job summary

Walmart in Dickson, TN is seeking a Facilities HVAC/R Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems across multiple store facilities. You will follow safety policies and work under supervision while collaborating with management and other partners.

Responsibilities include completing required paperwork, submitting forms to leadership, diagnosing equipment, and coordinating major repairs.

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain Universal or Type I and Type II EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• 1 year’s experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area OR 2 years Walmart store experience.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete required paperwork by submitting forms to senior leadership.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R equipment under supervision.
• Identify and address HVAC/R issues and coordinate major repairs as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety policies.
