Sharon Public Schools in Sharon, MA is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician / Maintenance Technician to perform skilled HVAC maintenance and repair across municipal and school facilities. The role includes building maintenance tasks and requires a MA Refrigeration Technician License and EPA 608 certification.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems, knowledge of BMS (Zenergy, Stellar), and be able to work independently.

Competenze

Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License is required.
EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
3–5 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and controls.
Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to read color-coded prints.

Mansioni

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
Monitor, calibrate, and adjust air-handling systems as needed.
Repair and replace HVAC equipment including rooftop units, boilers, and chillers.
Coordinate building repairs with the Director of Facilities or designee.
Assist with building security, inspections, and other duties as required.
