Job summary

CoolSys is hiring an Apprentice (HVAC or Refrigeration) to support installation teams on diverse projects. You will help install HVAC and refrigeration systems, follow customer specs, and maintain safe, organized job sites.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year in related trades. The role requires basic tool use, safety awareness, and the ability to operate scissor lifts or forklifts in various conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school completion.
• 1+ year experience in construction, refrigeration, HVAC, or related field.
• Ability to operate a scissor lift or forklift.
• Knowledge of safety practices and ability to follow guidelines.
• Proficiency with basic power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Support installation team following customer specs and codes.
• Install piping and equipment per project requirements.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
• Escalate safety or quality concerns promptly.
• Assist senior technicians and follow instructions.
