Job summary

CoolSys is seeking Apprentice HVAC and Refrigeration technicians to assist with repair, installation, and ongoing service across various facilities. You will work under a senior technician, handling equipment and safety procedures while gaining hands-on experience across HVAC systems and refrigeration components.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma, GED, or completion from a trade program/technical school.
• 1+ years of experience in construction, refrigeration, HVAC, or related industry preferred.
• Ability to operate a scissor lift or forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in repair and overhaul of refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment to meet customer needs.
• Install equipment per project requirements under supervision of a senior technician.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites at all times and comply with safety policies.
• Escalate safety or quality concerns to on-site senior technicians or project managers promptly.
• Provide support to senior technicians on job sites.
