Qualifications

HVAC knowledge or experience with mechanical systems is preferred.
Experience in technical quoting or sales support is desirable.
Ability to interpret equipment specifications and drawings accurately.
Familiarity with commercial HVAC products, especially LCU/R equipment, is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Develop, prepare, and deliver detailed and accurate quotes for LCU/R HVAC equipment based on customer requests and specs.
Review RFQs and customer requirements to determine appropriate product and pricing.
Use Trane Supply systems, product selection tools, Salesforce, and CRM.
Validate pricing, configurations, availability, freight, lead times, and warranties.
Ensure quotes follow Trane Supply policies and pricing guidelines.
Partner with branch teams and account managers to resolve technical inquiries and verify equipment suitability.
Interpret HVAC specifications and drawings to align with customer needs.
Track workload to achieve quote turnaround times and meet expectations.
Contribute to improvements in quoting tools, templates, processes, and customer experience.
Provide product knowledge support to internal teams to strengthen commercial effectiveness.
