Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning in Columbus, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support revenue growth by turning technician recommendations into accurate estimates and professional proposals that cover parts, materials, labor hours, subcontractors, and rentals.

This role collaborates with Sales Engineers, technicians, dispatchers, and coordinators to build proposals with a clear scope of work and communicates to customers how a repair will affect their schedule.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of estimating, inside sales, service coordination, or proposal development experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC service scopes, parts, materials, and labor estimating.

Responsibilities

• Review technician recommendations and interpret scope for estimates and proposals.
• Produce accurate estimates and customer-ready proposals with a clear scope of work.
• Verify pricing against MOAC pricing standards before proposals.
• Assist with turnover documentation for startups, commissioning, and warranty repairs.
• Communicate proposal impacts to customers and schedule implications.
• Identify opportunities for larger sales from technician recommendations or quick-turn proposals.
• Support development, renewal, and profitability reporting of PM, service labor, and warranty agreements.
