Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Tallahassee is seeking a versatile Jack-of-all-Trades technician to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on completing work orders, performing HVAC maintenance, preparing apartments for new residents, and collaborating across teams to uphold high property standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in maintenance, EPA licensure, and hands-on HVAC skills, with the ability to participate in on-call rotations and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on HVAC system expertise.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and repairs, and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready and punch lists).
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and property aesthetics.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
