Ashley West Apartments in Charleston, SC is seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties.

You will lead maintenance operations, schedule activities, and ensure safety while delivering excellent client service and accurate service reports. This role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience and maintenance know-how across residential/commercial properties.
• EPA license required and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience reading schematics/blueprints and diagnosing issues quickly.
• Excellent communication with clients and team; strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Maintain accurate documentation records of work performed and inventory.
