Spanish Oaks Apartments in Charleston, SC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently or with a team to ensure optimal system performance.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, read blueprints and schematics, and maintain thorough service records.

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance experience required.
• EPA license required.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications.
• Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues or potential improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventories.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about service needs.
