Spanish Oaks Apartments in Charleston, SC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently or with a team to ensure optimal system performance.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, read blueprints and schematics, and maintain thorough service records.

Competenze

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANSpanish Oaks Apartments - Charleston, SC 29407Salary: $30 hourlyOverviewWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance.You will also fully service the maintenance operations at our communities.
