TOPS Staffing in the Greater Pittsburgh Area seeks an Assistant Manager – HVAC Operations to coordinate daily operations, projects, employees, materials, and scheduling. This is an office-based management role with no regular field work, collaborating closely with project managers and crew leads to keep HVAC projects moving.

The position is contract-to-hire, with schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and a pay range of $45,000–$65,000 per year based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC projects from start to finish.

• Track costs, pricing, and profitability for projects.
• Use Excel and company software for scheduling, purchasing, reporting, and tracking.
