Candidates should be organized, comfortable with Excel, and capable of managing multiple tasks while communicating clearly with field staff and leadership. This role offers a salary range of $45,000–$65,000 per year, with standard business hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating people, projects, scheduling, or operations is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel and other office software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC projects from start to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers and crew leads on daily labor and assignments.
• Schedule installation and service work.
• Manage employee assignments and crew configurations.
• Coordinate purchasing and delivery of HVAC materials and equipment.
• Track project costs, pricing, and profitability.
• Use Excel and project software for scheduling and reporting.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and employee management.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and have necessary materials.
• Complete administrative tasks related to projects.
