Job summary

RK Industries seeks an Account Manager for RK Service in Phoenix, AZ. You will be the central hub between key service customers and operations, translating client needs into clear scopes and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of maintenance projects and services.

• College/University graduate preferred.
• Decision-making on complex issues with initiative and independence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the transfer of information from customers to the RK Service team.
• Identify problems and coordinate solutions.
• Prepare/oversee accurate project estimates and scope letters.
• Facilitate project transfer to the Service Projects Team.
• Ensure RK Service meets customer requirements and scope within budget.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned customers.
