Job summary

RK Industries in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking an Account Manager to be the central hub for RK Service customers in the assigned territory. You will translate client needs into clear scopes, oversee service projects, and coordinate with Service Projects and Operations Teams to ensure accurate PM estimates and on-time delivery.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with base pay $80,000–$110,000 plus uncapped commissions, aiming for $225k OTE or more depending on performance.

Qualifications

• College/University graduate preferred with 7 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to liaise with internal teams and clients independently.
• Apply diversified knowledge to a broad variety of assignments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate information transfer from customers to the RK Service team.
• Identify possible problems/issues and coordinate solutions.
• Prepare/oversee accurate project estimates and scope letters.
• Facilitate the transfer of projects to the Service Projects Team.
• Ensure that all services provided by RK Service meet customer requirements.
• Show demonstrable, regular contact and support to assigned customers.
• Create scope summaries that clearly define project and maintenance contract pricing and responsibilities.
• Explain and define pricing and scope to our clients.
• Be the RK Service representative to ensure that there is a clear understanding & transfer of up to date information.
• Offer solutions and gather information to keep the project and maintenance contract scope clear and within budget.
• Attend job walks in coordination with Service Projects Team
• Other Job duties as assigned
