Job summary

RK Industries, a multi-unit service provider, seeks an Account Manager for RK Service in Denver to be the central hub for client communication and project coordination. You will translate client needs into actionable scopes and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

You will manage PM estimates, maintain ongoing client contact, and drive service releases within budget while identifying solutions to keep projects aligned with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Indirect supervision in a professional capacity.
• Advanced techniques and knowledge within the function.
• Independent decision-making on complexities and methods.
• College/University graduate with 7+ years of experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the transfer of information from customers to the RK Service team.
• Identify and coordinate solutions for potential problems or issues.
• Prepare and oversee accurate PM estimates and scope letters.
• Coordinate transfer of projects to the Service Projects Team.
• Ensure RK Service deliveries meet customer requirements.
• Maintain regular contact and support with assigned customers.
• Create scope summaries defining project/maintenance pricing and responsibilities.
• Explain pricing and scope to clients.
• Serve as RK Service representative for up-to-date information transfer.
• Propose solutions to keep projects within budget and scope.
• Attend job walks with Service Projects Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
