Job summary

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, have knowledge of contracting processes and subcontractor management, and possess project management tool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Average financial and business acumen with a background in construction processes.
• Experience utilizing project management tools a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Utilizes properly qualified subcontractors, awards subcontracts, and manages subcontractor execution.
• Financially manages all aspects of projects including cash flow, monthly forecasted cost / revenue, forecasted cost at completion, monitoring expenses, collections support, backlog reviews, and applied cost.
• Collaborate with technicians and subcontractors to establish project task, communications for project progress, and review of plans / specifications and submittals.
• Leads all aspects of project administration including, awareness of construction contract content and language, validating project scope / cost / schedule, managing project compliance, project documentation, project safety guidelines.
