Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support HVAC projects on site, manage change orders, and lead cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to drive successful project deliveries.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in Engineering or Construction PM and 7–10 years of HVAC project experience, with a valid driver’s license and readiness to collaborate with building owners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management Degree preferred or required.
• 7–10 years’ experience in HVAC controls and project management.
• Experience with building owners and driving project outcomes is valued.

Responsabilités

• Support sales with quotes, proposals and change orders.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and risk; ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Develop communication plans with internal and external stakeholders and communicate project status.
• Lead project administration including contract clauses, cost control and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors; oversee RFQ process and subcontracts; manage progress and safety.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing corrective actions.
