Job summary

Dynamic Mechanical in California is seeking an experienced HVAC project manager to lead complex commercial installations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience and strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and scheduling.

The role involves coordinating with owners, GCs, engineers, vendors, and field personnel, reading blueprints and specifications, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage budgets and deadlines for each project.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on all projects.
