Job summary

The Sack Company seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead sheet metal and HVAC projects in commercial and industrial settings, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, mentor project teams, conduct site visits, review contracts and change orders, and manage risk while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent mix of education and field experience.
• Minimum 10 years in project management for sheet metal and HVAC in commercial/industrial construction.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification is a plus.
