Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a seasoned HVAC Project Manager to lead major California commercial projects in Palo Alto. You will meet with Owners and General Contractors, oversee project scope from preconstruction through close-out, and mentor junior engineers and project managers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HVAC project management on large mechanical projects, with strong coordination and communication skills to drive successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC PM on large commercial/mechanical projects.
• Experience coordinating with Owners and General Contractors is preferred.

Requirements:

3 or more years of HVAC Project Management experience on large commercial, mechanical projects

Technical requirements (prior working knowledge preferred)
